By accessing or using the WorldEstate platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the application or services.
2. Description of Service
WorldEstate is an online property discovery and lead generation marketplace that connects renters, buyers, agents, agencies, and financial partners. We do not verify individual transactions, execute leases, or manage escrow.
3. Listing Verification & Rejections
Users listing properties (agents, landlords, developers) must submit valid ownership or authorization documents. We reserve the right to decline, hide, or moderate any listing that fails validation check, contains duplicate details, or displays anomalous asking price configurations.
4. Limitation of Liability
WorldEstate acts solely as a lead generation medium. We are not responsible for any financial agreements, physical property damage, or contract breaches occurring between platform users and agents/landlords off-platform.
5. Termination and Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or limit listing capabilities (for agents/agencies) if terms are breached, if spamming occurs, or if false certifications are submitted. We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice.
